Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures, a private equity real estate investment firm. She started her real estate career in 2015 studying under the Rich Dad program. She then transitioned to MF and is now the General Partner on 887 doors across 5 states and has invested in over 2104 doors. Additionally, Jennifer has rehabbed 45 properties and has a SF rental portfolio she self manages in the Kansas City area. Jennifer is most proud of the fact that she started her real estate journey with the goal of putting all four of her kids through college debt free which she has successfully achieved.

Today, she is teaching others how to achieve financial freedom through 1-1 coaching, as well as, educating others through her podcast called Mastering Money for Moms where she is helping Moms Manage their Finances and Build a Legacy through Real Estate. Prior to becoming a full time real estate investor Jennifer worked in sales at both IBM and Microsoft managing software implementations. She has also helped launch several lifestyle and health companies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Washburn. She is an avid
reader, loves hiking, gardening, and spending downtime with friends and family. Jennifer lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and is mom to four children.

Ray Council is an automotive client specialist at John Sinclair Nissan. Since starting in the automotive industry, he has won Salesman of the month over 45 times, Salesman of the Year 4 times, and earned Nissan Award of Excellence the last 3 years. He has also broken the store record for vehicles sold in a year 4 times and for most vehicles sold in a month 5 times. He is currently number 1 in the district with New Nissans sold and since January 1, 2022, has sold over 1,000 vehicles! 

Prior to the automotive industry, at 19 years old, he started in sales by working at Kohls selling credit cards. After catching on in three months, he ended up winning top seller 16 consecutive months in a row, including being recognized for being top 100 in the world, second in the region and first in the district in 2016 with 1,319 credit cards sold. 

Since he rescued his dog from SEMO PETS, his favorite activity right now is being able to adopt a pet and have a meet and greet for anyone to be able to take that dog home, on his behalf. They have gotten 3 out of 5 dogs adopted so far through his meet and greets and social media presence!
